Klara makes scheduling your appointment simple, secure, and convenient. Klara is a secure, HIPAA-compliant, platform that allows patients to see appointment availability on our provider schedules and directly book an appointment on our website. Simply click on the blue “Message us” chat bubble in the bottom right corner and select “Book an Appointment”.
There are four ways in which you can communicate with our office via Klara.
1. ON OUR WEBSITE
When you visit our website, you will see a purple “Message us” chat bubble in the bottom right corner. Click the “Message us” button.2. Responding to a message from our office:
If you opt in to receiving texts from our practice, your healthcare provider can conveniently text you on Klara. After you receive the text, click on the link in the text message. You will be brought to a screen, where you’ll enter your date of birth. This is to verify your identity. When you put in your date of birth, click Confirm, and then you’ll be brought into Klara (where you’ll see the message from our office).3. Text us directly to our Klara texting number:
