We understand unforeseen events happen and we consider emergency late cancellations on a case by case basis, however, we reserve your appointment time for you only and cannot offer it to other patients if you no-show or if you don’t cancel a clinic visit at least 24 business hours and a surgical or cosmetic appointment at least 3 business days before your appointment.
