Darabi Dermatology is contracted with insurance companies listed below. Each insurance company has dozens of networks and plans with some healthcare providers in plan networks and some providers out of plan networks. Insurances change the in vs. out-of-network status of providers at their sole discretion, at any time, without notifying providers or patients. Therefore, it is impossible for us to know with certainty whether we are in-network or out-of network with your plan. As you are responsible for any out-of-pocket expense (copay, deductible, co-insurance), it is your responsibility to verify with your insurance before your appointment whether the provider you are seeing is in-network or out-of-network for your specific plan.

As mentioned above, even though we are contracted with the listed companies, we may still be out-of-network with some plans and networks of the insurance company.
