We use the powerful DermaV® to treat broken vessels (telangiectasia) on the face, chest, legs and background redness. It can also be used to treat liver spots/freckles (lentigo) and flat brown age spots (macular or flat or macular seborrheic keratosis), as well as laser hair reduction (LHR).

Deka Tetra SmartXide CO₂ Laser Treatments
Our versatile Deka Tetra SmartXide CO₂ laser offers a customizable range of skin resurfacing treatments, from minimal-downtime options to more intensive rejuvenation.
For those seeking gentle yet effective results with little interruption to daily life, our CoolPeel® treatment delivers visible improvements with just 1–2 days of redness and 3–4 days of mild dryness. This low-downtime option helps exfoliate pigment and refine fine lines and skin texture—perfect for busy professionals or social individuals willing to undergo a series of treatments over time for optimal outcomes.
Patients seeking more dramatic results may choose a moderately aggressive treatment, which involves 4–5 days of redness, moderate swelling, dryness, and mild scabbing. These treatments provide deeper rejuvenation, improving pigmentation, fine lines, overall tone and texture, and even eyelid laxity—ideal for those who prefer fewer sessions and are comfortable with short-term recovery.
Minimal downtime 24 hrs after Coolpeel (weekend recovery laser) treatment with mild redness and dryness of treated face to more aggressive treatments with a week of downtime (redness, dryness and peeling). This treatment targets skin tone and texture, fine lines and wrinkles, brown spots and gives you a more youthful look.
Acne scars can also be treated with CO2 laser resurfacing and scar subcision.

The Lutronic LaseMD Ultra™ laser improves skin tone and texture by targeting brown spots, fine lines, and large pores with fractional energy that stimulates collagen production. When paired with tranexamic acid, it enhances pigmentation treatment by inhibiting melanin production, lightening dark spots and preventing new ones. This combination provides a smoother, more even complexion with minimal downtime.
The Lutronic LaseMD Ultra™ laser enhances skin tone and texture by delivering non-ablative fractional energy that creates microchannels in the skin. This process stimulates collagen production and promotes skin regeneration, effectively addressing concerns like fine lines, enlarged pores, and hyperpigmentation such as sunspots and melasma.
When combined with tranexamic acid, a potent ingredient known for its ability to inhibit melanin production, the treatment becomes even more effective. Tranexamic acid can be applied topically immediately after the laser session, capitalizing on the enhanced absorption facilitated by the microchannels. This combination targets and lightens existing dark spots while preventing the formation of new pigmentation, leading to a more even and luminous complexion.
Overall, pairing the Lutronic Ultra laser with tranexamic acid offers a synergistic approach to improving skin tone and texture, making it a valuable option for those seeking to address pigmentation issues and achieve a radiant, youthful appearance.
The LaseMD Ultra™ laser can also be used to treat hair loss with KeraFactor™, a topical medicine that contains growth factors to revitalize hair follicles.
Here’s how it works:
Microchannel creation – The LaseMD Ultra laser uses non‑ablative fractional thulium energy to create microscopic channels in the scalp. These make the skin more permeable to topical formulas
Targeted delivery of growth factors – Immediately after the laser treatment, a serum containing biomimetic growth factors and proteins—marketed as KeraFactor or KerafactorMD—is applied. Being delivered via nano‑liposomes through the microchannels, it reaches dormant or weakened follicles directly.
Stimulating follicle activity – The growth factors:
Visible improvements typically appear within 3–6 months
Treatment regimen – A standard protocol usually includes about five sessions spaced 4 weeks apart.
Safe and convenient – It’s generally painless, requires minimal downtime, and is suitable for men and women across various hair loss types.
Advantages over PRP – Unlike platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which requires blood draws and injections, this laser-plus-serum combo offers a more consistent, painless, and targeted delivery of growth factors.
In summary:
The LaseMD Ultra™ laser + KeraFactor™ serum (often called the KeraLase protocol) effectively treats hair loss by creating microchannels in the scalp to deliver potent growth factors directly to follicles. It’s clinically supported, non‑invasive, and produces measurable results in about 3–6 months
