Patients may immediately self-schedule an appointment with the purple "Message us" button on the bottom right of this website. Cosmetic and surgical procedures cannot be self scheduled. Cosmetic procedures require a cosmetic consultation first ($75 fee, applicable to procedure cost). Surgical procedures must be scheduled by our staff. Please review our office policies for no-show & late cancellation fees and our card on file policy.

Effective September 1, 2024, we will no longer be accepting new patients under the age of 12.
